I LOST 101 POUNDS!!
I’m so excited! I weighed in at 226lbs today. That is a 101lb lost in just over 11 months!

This week has been rockin’! I ran 5 miles Friday, then took Saturday off to rest and on Sunday, Laura and I ran 6 miles! It was tough, let me tell you, but we did it! Mile 5 was the worst, I think. I start speedwork this week and I think it will be fun. Today I have a measly 2 mile easy run. I’m going to push myself and try to finish under 21 minutes or about 10:30/mile. I want to finish my next 5k in less than 30 mins so I need to work on my speed.
I’ve been eating well this week. This could be my week to hit 100lbs! We’ll see on Friday I guess… *fingers crossed*
I weighed in this morning at 229.5! Finally in the 220’s!! It was a rough start to the week but I pulled it together and lost 5Lbs. I took my measurements today and didn’t change much. That shows me I need to start working with the weights more seriously again.
I went on a 5 mile run this morning, by myself. I thought it would be harder than it was though still easier to run with Laura. It took me 59:43! Less than 12 min/mile.
This morning I am getting ready to go meet Laura for a 5 mile run. Holy Crap, 5 MILES?! I remember when I thought training for a 5k would take me until November 2009 and then Patti and I were going to TRY to run the Irish Jig 5k in 2010. Now I run 5 miles? At a time? Non-stop? Dang…
I think my body is back to normal after TOM. Friday, my official weigh in I was 234.5 (a 4lb gain since 7/24), Sunday I weighed in at 237.5 (a 7lb gain since 7/24) but this morning I am down to 229.5. (a 1lb lose since 7/24) The body is mind boggling, that’s all I have to say.
Yesterday was day 330 since we started Weight Watchers!
**UPDATE**
Laura and I ran 5.2 miles in 1:01:31… VERY NICE!! It was a challenge to keep going at certain points but we did and it felt great!
I knew this week was not great but I gained 4lbs!! What the hell…
On to a new week…
