3 Weeks?

I gained 3lbs this week because I did a total of 0 minutes exercise. I now have 3 weeks until the 5k race with my Dad and I was a training fool for 2 weeks straight then just let it slip away. I am going to run either today or tomorrow and I really hope I didn’t loss all my stamina. I’ll get it back if I did!

*Hugs* regarding recent gain- I had a gain 2 weeks ago and it was upsetting- I even worked out, but I wasn’t tracking even 50% so I know why- I have been doing the simply filling tech (old core ww plan) and it has been working well for me, not much tracking required- I lost 3lbs at thursdays wi… :) I know you will rock at the 5K. You can do it!!
