I forgot to write about my weigh in this week. How could I forget, I hit my 3rd mini-goal!!! I have now lost 87lbs since September. I can’t believe that I am so close to the 230’s, I have been trying to get to 240lbs for what seems like FOREVER! My next goal is 216 and that weight is something I have never experienced as an adult. I really don’t know what to expect, it’s a little scary yet exciting at the same time.
I went for a run today. New current record - 36:50. This week I am running 8 minutes walking 2. It obviously went well because it cut over a minute off my time. I need to call my Dad and get his butt training. We have 5 weeks until our race!
