My legs are super sore today from my workout on Monday. I don’t think I would be as sore if that wasn’t my first workout after a week and a half of doing nothing. That’s OK, I’ll take the pain for now because I know it doesn’t stay. I went to the gym and ran into my Mom which was perfect because I REALLY didn’t want to be there. We did 30 minutes on the elliptical and I feel good. Slowly but surely I’m hoping to be back full force. For now, I’m just VERY happy that I haven’t quit entirely. Lord knows it wouldn’t be the first time. Somehow, like I’ve been saying from the beginning, this time feels different.
