I got back on the exercise bandwagon yesterday. I did a 30 min video at home (10 cardio, 10 lower body and 10 upper body) then I met Heather at the gym and did another half hour on the elliptical. It felt good to get back. My mom signed us up for the Outside boot camp. It starts next Thursday and I’m ready for the challenge. It will be fun to take the class with my Mom!
I wouldn’t say that I am quite back to the mind set I had before my little break, but I am getting there. Thanks for all the support Chickies!
