April Goals

I am pushing myself in April to workout more. Lately I workout M-F and rest on the weekend. I am going to make it my goal to do atleast 30 minutes of exercise 28 out of 30 days in April. I’m also going to push my minutes goal per month from 1000 mins to 1300 mins. That’s an average of about 46 mins for each of the 28 days. Somedays I workout 90-100 mins, so averaging 46 sounds doable. (not easy but doable!) I want that 100lbs!!

I’ve been reading all your blogs and everyone is kicking butt in this weeks challenge! I knew the water thing wasn’t THAT scary. Good job and keep pushing!

**7:30pm Update**
I did 60 minutes on the elliptical tonight. Burned almost 800 calories, sweat like a pig…felt good.

SB Challenge : Clean Eating = 3/5 days
Water = 125/80oz today
=3/5 days
Exercise = 190/250 minutes

April Goal : 1/28 days

Good for you for increasing your challenge, you can do it. I bet amping up the exercise will help you get to the 100 pounds gone before you know it. Keep up the great work :)
