~250 minutes of exercise
~5 days of clean eating (set your own limitations)
~80oz of water per day
Don’t worry if you mess up a day of eating or drinking, it can be fixed! For everyday you don’t eat clean, add 30 minutes of exercise. For everyday you don’t get in your 80oz of water, add 30 minutes of exercise.
Don’t want to eat clean or drink your water all week? You can still win this challenge! All you have to do is 550 minutes of exercise, that’s just 1 hour and 50 minutes a day.
My guess is that it will be easier to stay OP and CHUG that water!!
What happens if you don’t get in all your exercise minutes?? Good question!! Those who don’t make their exercise goal have to post their WORST PICTURE EVER TAKEN! Succeed… and you get this! Good Luck!
