So far this week has been very good! I have worked out everyday at least 10 mins, which is more than I had made myself promise to do!! I have notice when I get on the eliptical machine, I hate it for about the first 5 minutes and then I get into a rhythm and start to feel good. Now, don’t get me wrong, most of the time I still end at 10 mins but the other day I extended my playlist and did another 10 mins. It’s a start!! I am really hoping that in the next year I will be able to go jogging!
I have also set a goal for myself in October. I want to exercise for 250 minutes. I set it low, I know, but I have been doing 0 mins for the last few months and didn’t want to kill myself! lol Each month I will up my goal and I’m hoping once I am done with my 3rd job, I can join a gym. I am looking forward to weigh in Friday because I feel like this has been my best week yet!
