Day 23. Fell off the wagon.

I had a really emotional week. Every day this week since I blogged except for 1 day, I messed up a meal. Just going forward. Need to live up to this and not just hide and pretend it isn’t happening.
I ate Wendy’s. I ate a half rack of ribs and some potatoes and creamy salmon dip. I ate a big sub from Quiznos. I ate a BLT at the diner.
But that’s in the past, right?
Emotional eating is going to prevent me from ever reaching my goal by my wedding, but it won’t prevent me from reaching my goal. I’ve come a long way. I’ve almost lost 30 pounds. I need to stop with the pressure to lose the rest of it by the wedding. I’ll be beautiful. Josh already thinks I’m beautiful and that’s all that matters. I’ll keep plugging along, slowly, and it’ll make my goal even better when I finally reach it for all I’ve been through.
No more dates, just goal weights.
Breakfast:
- nutrisystem breakfast bar
- fruit on the bottom yogurt
Lunch:
- melba toast
- nutrisystem chicken salad
I ate wendy’s on the way home.
Note to self: it’s not okay to say to yourself that, due to the fact you’re ordering chicken and chicken is better than burgers, that it is okay to get fast food.
Dinner:
- nutrisystem tacos
- salad
Snack:
- nutrisystem caramel popcorn

I am in the same boat as you!!! I am trying to lose unrealistic amounts of weight by my wedding and I have finally come to the conclusion that I dont want to stress myself out like that with weight loss..I want this to be something that sticks..so no matter how much weight I lose from here until then, I will STILL look better than I do now..or before I started losing weight at all…I also have lost between 30-35 pounds and dammit, that is awesome..at least we dont have those extra pounds on for our weddings!!! Keep on trucking!

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. I must express my appreciation to this writer just for bailing me out of this particular circumstance. As a result of researching through the the net and seeing proposals that were not powerful, I was thinking my life was gone.
