Jan. 19 - 40 minutes walking and running
Not that bad, huh?
I didn’t get to work out on Saturday or Sunday (17 and 18), though…because my car had problem and I had to run around to get it fixed in the middle of 6 inch snow.
My plan is to make up for it this week…
