I planned on starting to write my workout again…and yup, I forgot to do it! blah.
I was going to note down the food intakes too…but then again, I don’t do calories, I don’t do anything special…other than intuitive eating.. So..I eat what I want when I am hungry until I am satisfied. So… it’s really hard to measure how much I ate… and since I’m eating what I want, no need to really track it down..since I AM not overeating.
So…here is workout so far this week…

30 minutes run/walk (more running which was good)
30 minutes Hard Core Fusion
5 minutes yoga on Wii Fit

20 minutes Core Rhythms Quick workout

15 minutes Free Walking and Hoops on Wii Fit
