I’m trying…

Monday, 15-Sep-08: 30 minute 30 Day Shred, 30 minute run
Tuesday, 16-Sep-08: 25 minute run
Wednesday, 17-Sep-08: 40 minute Hi-Def Sculpt

I wanted to work out in the afternoon on both Tuesday and Wednesday but sigh… we ended up going somewhere on Tuesday, so I couldn’t. I had a meeting at work for an hour and then more homework on Wednesday, so I couldn’t. At least I’m trying to wake up little early and get something done in the “morning.”

So.. I’m trying. My menu is going okay but with what I have available at home, it’s not really doable to stay on the “healthy plan.” I have no lettuce, no fruits,…really no food other than frozen stuff. We really need to go grocery shopping tomorrow or Friday. I got a feeling that this grocery bill will be quite..high. Sigh. :(

    Hey you’re looking at the same things I am - need to train myself to give myself time to WO in the AM, and, limited food to choose from this week. Are we having the same life? lol Doing good though. Grocery shopping soon…
