My First Day

Today I started out the first step in what is going to be a long jurny.

I had egg’s and whole wheat toast for breakfast.

Cucumber carrot and chick pea salad for lunch. I dont know yet what i’m making for dinner. XD

I did jillian michaels 30 day shred for my workout and I got through it ok. And acording to Liz (my four year old) I did really good. Love that girl!

So goals for tomorrow~

1. Keep to 1285 cal plain <as advised by dietitian.

2. Do 30 day shred again.

3. Read my Bible for 30 min at least.
