Today was weigh in at work!! I weighed in at 261lb! I had a 4.5lb weight loss this week! Whoo hoo! Today was my cheat day (usually the day of weigh in so I have all week to recover)!

BK: slim fast shake

L: chicken sandwich from burger king and a few fries

S: butterscotch dilly bar-only 5 points…not bad

D: Chinese! Yum Yum

back on track tomorrow! Going to try to drink more water!

I have been doing great this last month or so! I am taking my meds like I am suppose to and I really think they are helping with my weightloss! I already feel better!!!

BK: Slim Fast shake

No snack

L: Turkey sandwich, light chips, and strawberries

S: 100 calorie pack peanut butter crackers

D: 2 slices of pepperoni pizza

S: Yogurt

Doing pretty good! I stepped on the scale today and it read 261.4!!!!! Haven’t seen that number in awhile! That makes form my highest weight last year a loss of 25lb!!! Whoo hoo! Slowly but surely, as long as it goes down Ill take it!

I will try to make blogging a habit!

I did okay today!

B: Banana, yogurt

L: Half beef burrtio, and half rice and beans from el tap. A few chips and cheese dip

D: 2 slices of thin crust pizza

S: 1 pt. popsicle

Could have been better I guess. Scale showed I am down a lb.!!

I forgot to blog last night! Sorry Rikki!! This is what I had

B: Apple

S: yogurt

L: Grilled chicken platter from Chilis

S: 100 calorie pack of crackers

D: Spaghetti with wheat noodles and lean ground beef, piece of garlic toast

S: WW ice cream bar.

I didn’t drink any water today. I am trying to get back in the habit. UUGGH! But for the most part good! I hope you girls are doing great!

I did not do good today so Iam not even going to post what I ate. I went to the grocery store tonight so I am stocked on healhty stuff! I am re-starting tomorrow! I am going to ww but I am going to use my no-way pass!!

I did really good today! I hope yall are having fun!! Don’t care too careless and start eating everything. That is what I am afraid I am going to do this weekend!

B: 3pt. ww muffun

S: sting cheese-1pt

L: 6pt. lean cusine, yogurt- 1pt

S: granola bar-2pt.

D: sloppy joe on whole wheat bun- 5pt., sliced turkey and cheese-3pt.

S: 100 calorie pack of cookies, and a few cubes of cheese- 4pt.

Grand Total: Thats only 25! I have 8 more points!!

Went to Hailey’s b-day party and had a slice of pizza and a few bites of cake! EEK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is a new day!  I have got to do better the rest of the week or I will not lose anything this week! Hope you girls have had a great day! When do you all leave for Florida?

I went a little overboard tonight…

B: cereal with milk banana

S: grapes and string cheese

L: Turky sandwich with tomatoe and cheese, baked chips, pickle, and strawberry yogurt

S: granola bar, chips & salsa and few cheese cubes…a little overboard

D: hamburger…and fat free hot dog!! EEK! Way overboard!

I still had points left over in my weekly allowance…so as long as I am good the rest of the time I should be okay. Hope you girls had a great day

P.S._ I drink about 84oz. of water today!!

I weighed this morning and I am down about 2.5lb!! Whoo hoo!

This is the plan for today:

B: 2pt cereal with 2pt. milk and 2pt. banana

S: Grapes and string cheese

L:Turkey sandwich, baked chips and yogurt

S: 100 calorie pack of something

D: Not sure yet

Planning on drinking lots of water today! I read on the internet last night that you need 8 8oz glasses of water and you need an additional 8oz. for every 25lb you are over weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats alot of water for me!

That is 64+32= 96oz!!!!!!!!!!!!! Iam going to be floating..LOL
