Hi! I’m a 30 year old nurse living in Massachusetts with my long-term boyfriend. I’ve been overweight in the past (around 160 lbs at my heaviest), but have worked my way down to 135 lbs over the past couple years. Size 14 down to size 7. I would love to get down to 120 lbs by the end of the summer. (I was at 125 lbs last summer.) That is my ideal weight! I plan on eating healthy, but not following a strict diet. I want to make this a life-style change, not a “diet”. I also want to start working out on a regular basis. I feel so great when I run!!! Wish me luck. Here I go!!!
Here’s an update. I’m now 31. I got down to 114 lbs last summer. I’m now back up to around 130 lbs. I’m hoping to get back down to around 120 lbs for the summer ………… unless I get pregnant!!!!
