Total Calories: 900
Very happy with yesterday. I needed a low calorie day. I don’t want to eat 900 calories every day, but a few low days thrown in might make up for the fact I know I will go over on the weekend.
I don’t feel SlimFast is a healthy diet. That being said, I think it’s okay to throw in one of the shakes as a meal replacement every once and a while. And I actually do enjoy them …. when they are ICE ICE cold. I don’t buy the whole “nutritious” aspect of them though. And I think that if you try to stick with them, they are just going to lead to a binge. But once and a while …………..
So, I survived my three overnight shifts in a row. Now I have the weekend off. Not a bad deal. I have a girls night tomorrow. I’m sure that will include LOTS of wine and some not-so-healthy snacks. I’ll try to be good. They next night, I have plans to go to a bar to see a friend’s band. Another alcohol night. It really is so much harder to stay on plan when I am not working. Only 9 days until bikini at the luau cookout so I have to be good! And I will!!!
