Monday - 1502 calories
So far today (Tuesday) ….. (I worked overnight so I started eating at 2am!)
2am - sugar-free pudding cup
4am - fat-free yogurt with fresh blueberries
7am - apple
2pm - ham and cheese on multigrain bread with mustard and lettuce

100 calorie pack cheez-its
Already at 835 calories. Gotta watch myself for the rest of the day. I really am going to gain all of my weight back if I can’t get myself back in control. I can be so weak when it comes to food!!!!
I’ll try to update during my overnight shift tonight if I catch a free minute.
