I am so out of control this week. I lost three pounds, and had an amazing week last week, and now I CAN NOT stop eating. It’s 2pm, and I have already had:
PB & J on white bread
apple
ham and cheese on white bread
sugar-free fudgsicle
Those 2 sandwiches, apple, and fudgsicle have ALREADY put me over my calorie goal for the day. At 2pm, I am already over 1000 calories. It’s sick!!!
And yesterday, I went out with the boyfriend for dinner. Ate a HUGE turkey burger with side of veggies and three glasses of red wine. My daily calories ended up around 2400. I wasn’t even hungry when I went out, and I ate every single bite.
I am so afraid I am going to gain those three pounds right back. I have already have 4 bad days this week. It seems it only takes one bad day to blow everything. Ahhhhh!!!!
I need to stop that madness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
