Not a good week. I’m up half a pound. 129.5 lbs.

I was BAD yesterday. VERY BAD!!!

Sunday

breakfast - Fiber One cereal with blueberries in 2% milk

lunch - half Subway turkey sub on wheat with veggie toppings and sweet onion sauce (no cheese)

snack - 1 cup Edy’s Root Beer Float ice cream

dinner - other half of sub

at the fair - lots of beer

late-night snack - Wendy’s cheeseburger and small fries

Total Calories: 3035

Yes …. I went OVER 3000 calories. Disgusting!!!! I can’t believe I ate late-night Wendy’s with my boyfriend. I passed on food at the fair, but I couldn’t say no to the drive-thru. Not when we were already going through for him. And I wasn’t about to order a salad. I wanted real fast food! At least I just got a single cheeseburger and small fries, right???

And at least I ran 2 miles yesterday. Wish that was enough to erase all the bad calories. Really …. who eats over 3000 calories in one day??????? People just don’t do that!!!! What a pig!!!!
