I just can’t keep up with writing every day like I planned. I keep track of my food, but I’ve had no free time to use the computer lately to blog. Long shifts, and I’ve been going out at night a lot more than usual lately. (The alcohol calories are killing my diet!!!)

Out of control!!!!!!
Today was soooooo bad. I didn’t know people could consume as many calories as I did today. At least I had fun!!! I think I picked a bad week to start this weight loss thing. Not giving up though.

OK. I survived Day 1. Left for work at 5:30am and got home at 8:15pm. I work 12 hour shifts, and I have a long commute. I think that’s a pretty good excuse to skip formal exercise on work days. At least I am on my feet for those 12 hours (I’m a nurse).
