Day Eighteen - Friday

Pre-Breakfast: Fiber one bar (at 530 am on way to work)

Breakfast: nonfat yogurt and oatmeal

Lunch: Garden Salad and fat free dressing

             Lean Cuisine meal

             sugar-free pudding cup

Snack: apple

Dinner: slice sausage pizza

Snack: beer

Total calories: 1945

I went a little higher than my target, but still under 2000. Yay me!! Hope I lose two pounds this week. Weigh in is on Monday!!!!
