Not bad! Two days in a row in my calorie goal range of 1000 - 1200. Well, I guess I was 18 over, but I am sure I overestimated on something, especially on the sandwich! Don’t think 18 calories will make me fat!!!
I survived my night shifts. Woohoo. And we didn’t lose any patients last night. Much better night, although I had a very hard time staying awake. Especially during the hour drive home …. those are the times I need to drive with the windows down and the radio blasting.
I think I am going to use my slow cooker to make pulled pork sandwiches today. I’ve never made that before, and I’m sure it’s not exactly healthy, but it’s all about portion control. And I like to make my man’s belly happy!!! Gotta run to the store and get the pork, or it will never be done in time for dinner. Talk to you all later!!!
