So, I never got around to all cleaning and shopping yesterday. My boyfriend and I decided to go on a spontaneous road trip up to New Hampshire. It was bike week up in Laconia and we had a few friends up in the area. Neither of us ride motorcycles, but it was fun. Basically, one big party. Why are there so many excuses to party during the summer????
Last week I figured out that on average I ate 1398 calories a day. This week, I was up to 1875 … and that could go up if I eat anything else today. So, I’m guessing that my weekly weigh-in won’t be as impressive this week. I don’t think that I would gain weight eating an average of 1875 a day, but that’s not exactly weight-loss range. I haven’t even peeked at the scale in 2 days. I guess I will find out in the morning!!!
Yesterday, I had cereal with blueberries, a footlong Subway turkey on wheat (split into 2 meals) and beer. Calorie total was out of control at 2620. Here’s todays breakdown:
Day Fourteen - Sunday
12pm - half of 3 egg veggie and cheese omelet
1 1/2 slices wheat toast with butter
6:30pm - 6 oz sirloin steak
broccoli and cheese rice
broccoli, carrots, cauliflower in cheese sauce
Total calories: 1430
I don’t think I’m going to eat again today. Well, probably not. I do kinda want something sweet. If I eat something else, it’s just gonna be something small. Under 200 calories! Promise!!!!
