Wow …. I really blew the diet yesterday!!! Worst calorie intake in the 2 weeks of tracking. By far!!!

Day 12 - Friday 

4am - applesauce (100 cals) …. overnight shift

1pm - homemade cheeseburger  (664 cals)

6pm - 1am - merlot and light beer (1505 cals) …. yes, once again, more than a days worth of calories!!!

9pm - 2 slices bar style sausage pizza  (440 cals)

Total calories: 2889!!!!!!!!

Monday is my next official weigh-in. (Even though I do check everyday) Not sure I’m gonna lose another 2 lbs the way I’ve been eating (drinking!!!). Is it bad to go off course already? My second week? I haven’t given up though. I have decided that yesterday will be my only day that bad. I guess it is good that I only broke 2000 calories twice in 12 days. I really am guessing that I was over 2000 calories every single day before I started this “diet”.  Also, I do tend to round up when I count calories. I use Daily Plate to calculate, but if I am not really sure how to pick an item, I choose the higher calorie one. Like the cheeseburger yesterday. Chances are, it had less calories, but I would rather track over then under. I don’t want to fool myself into thinking I’m eating healthier than I am.

Well, time for me to clean the house, do the laundry, and go to supermarket. A women’s work is never done!!! Maybe I’ll burn some extra calories doing all that stuff. That’s a positive!!!
