Starting weight (7/5/2009): 212.8
Last week’s weight (3/28/2010): 170.0
This week’s weight (4/04/2010): 168.6
This week’s weight loss / gain: Loss 1.4 lbs
Total weight loss: Lost 44.2 pounds
I am thoroughly stoked that I am officially in the 160s. Today I celebrated a bit too much with near 600 calories in easter candy. I can say it is a mistake I won’t make again because I feel pretty sick. AND I burned almost 400 calories working out today, so its almost a wash.
I am still eating gluten, soy and dairy free. I have slipped a couple of times, mostly with soy, but I think I may be ready to bring in a couple servings of cheese or lowfat yogurt each week. What can I say, I miss cheese!! One thing is for certain - I am done with wheat / gluten. The benefits of being off of it are far too great. The same is true with soy - except for soy sauce, which I refuse to give up (sushi!).
Goal for this week - eat lots of veggies!

Hey, sounds like you are doing great. I’ve been eating gluten lately and UGH. I feel so awful. Plus it totally shows in my face, my eyes puff up like crazy. It’s an allergic reaction. yay for me, not!
Just an FYI - soy sauce has gluten in it. Bragg’s amino acid is a gluten-free soy sauce alternative. It tastes EXACTLY like soy sauce!
