Total weight loss:                           Lost 37.8 pounds

I’ll be going gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free this week to see if it improves my digestion and overall health.  Stay tuned to see how it goes!

    Hello :)
    My DS has to do that as well however his doctor said only do one at a time so we know what really makes the difference. I hope it goes well for you.

    Actually I found reducing sugar really improved my digestion. Like you, I have tried the dairy free, and the gluten free but not the soy free. I find that meat free (I still eat fish( did help a lot, and so does the serious reduction of sugar. It is everywhere in its various names and forms. It reduced acid reflex for me. Gluten free seems to help me with allergies.
