PROGRESS REPORT
Starting weight (7/5/2009): 212.8
Last week’s weight (11/15/2009): 181.8
This week’s weight (11/22/2009): 182.6
This week’s weight loss / gain: Gain 0.8 pounds (darn PMS!!)
Total weight loss: Lost 30.2 pounds
I have had PMS for like six days now. I don’t know how many more days of this I can handle.
More importantly, I have had some very “off” days recently, and its to the point where instead of having a couple slips a month its more like a couple slips a week.
This week’s focus will be to reflect on:
- What are my goals? What goals am I neglecting?
- How did I get to where I am? How do I want to get to where I am going?
- What areas of my life are out of balance?
And of course I’ll also be reminding myself of all those things I’m thankful for. A few: great husband, good health, 2 cute kitties, wonderful family and friends, a job I love and a home to keep me safe and warm.
I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. I’m heading to Oregon to visit family. How about you?
