I waited till I saw this new weight on three occasions before publishing the weight loss, because I usually go up and down some days before the new weight stabilizes. Apparently the plateau is over! It seems that what made the trick was eliminating wheat… My goal now is lose another kilo during April, just that. Slow and steady… You know.
I thought I would take much longer, but I have lost another kilo! I was quite surprised to see that, since as I weighed in along the week (during my TOM) I was losing nothing. Good, right?
Well, well… And another kilo lost! I started to lose a little more quickly when I started to count calories and carbs, and not just carbs. I also forced myself to drink my water, which is quite difficult for me to do. Good, right?
I lost another kilo in this past week, and my boat is heading in the right direction!
I am starting to think I will get to that beach, after all, and that this time it is different.
It is not a wow loss for the first week, but it is, after all, 10 % of my intended loss!
Isn’t that positive thinking?
