BBQ pork chop-6

Maybe salad-2?

Maybe bowl of strawberries-1?

15 minute lunch walk. 45 minute night walk

Didn’t have the pork chops. Remembered I set those out to late last night. Supper was sloppy Joe & baked tostitos w/salsa. Have not done too bad with that. Not sure of the points of the chips. 14 is 140 calories & I had about 30. No salad.
