My Exercise Log

I’ve decided to start logging my daily exercise.  At least for the month of June.  At the end of June, I’ll re-evaluate to see if I feel the need to continue to do so.    :)

Thursday, June 11th: half hour dancing at work.  Half hour dancing at home.  70 ab crunches.

Wednesday, June 10th: half hour dancing at work.  45 min. dancing at home.  70 ab crunches.

Tuesday, June 9th: half hour dancing at work.  only 15 min. dancing at home.  Why?  STUPID WW CHOCOLATE CANDY at 4 pm is KILLING MY GUT.  Too long without sugar/chocolate, I guess.  I did manage to get in my 60 crunches, though.  ;)

Monday, June 8th: half hour dancing at work.  half hour dancing at home.  No ab crunches.  Wanted a break.

Sunday, June 7th: 1 hour brisk walk in the park, 45 minutes dancing, and sixty ab crunches.

Saturday, June 6th: 1 hour of dancing at home, followed by SIXTY ab crunches.

Friday, June 5th: 1 hour of dancing at home, followed by SIXTY ab crunches.

Thursday, June 4th: half hour dancing at work.  45 minutes of dancing at home, followed by SIXTY ab crunches.  Are there any other kind?  Do I have to keep saying “ab”?  This is my blog, so no, no I don’t.  LOL  :)

Wednesday, June 3rd: half hour dancing at work.  half hour dancing at home.  Knee started to hurt again, so I stopped at half an hour.  Might commercial-break dance tonight if it seems ok.  I know.  I’m getting addicted to this.  LOL  eta:  didn’t commercial break, but ONLY because Mr. Sunny was sitting with me and I was too self-conscious to stand up and dance in front of him during commercial breaks.  I DID get 50 ab crunches in, though.

Tuesday, June 2nd: half hour dancing at work.  45 min. dancing at home, after manicure.

Monday, June 1st: half hour “fast” dancing at lunch/work.  half hour of dancing (always will be “fast”, so I won’t bother to type that anymore) at home, followed by 60 ab crunches and 5 minutes arm stretch band resistance exercises.  I got in 20 more min. of ‘commercial break’ dancing tonight, to come to a grand total of 1.5 hours.
