My Weight Loss Goals

  • Stay within my daily Weight Watchers Points
  • Eat only healthy foods
  • No fast food
  • No fried foods
  • Drink more water
  • Walk at least 1 mile daily
  • Stay motivated
  • Think positive
  • Get below 200 pounds before my birthday in September - 11 pounds to go…
  • Set small goals within the big picture - like losing 5 pounds at a time
  • Get healthier
  • Get stronger
  • Be happier!

  1. They are some fantastic and very achievable goals you have! It’s so good to see that you are interested in more than just the weight loss, you also strive to be healthier, stronger and happier…these are all great ways of making sure that your weight loss is sustainable!
