Back.
I’m back. I called in sick the past 2 days. I have a sinus infection and my period was flowing like a river with cramps and backache so I just stayed home. I’ve had a massive headache for 3 days from these sinuses. Joy…
I haven’t exercised for 2 days aside from doing the resistance tubes for my arms. I’ve just felt like laying around but the more I lay about the more I feel like shit. I’ll be glad when I feel a little better so I can get back into the rountine. My co-workers are copping an attitude about me calling in sick for the past 2 days. WTF. I fill in for my supervisor for a week+ at a time and they get pissed for 2 days. I’m not in the mood today. I was supposed to take a personal day tomorrow and go talk to an attorney about getting divorced now I’m wondering if I should just go to the appointment and then come into work. Ugh. IDK.
Well, I’d better go do something. I hope to get caught up on reading blogs this afternoon. I pray that today goes fast!

Well there you are! Sorry you have been feeling so crummy.
I hate the guilt trip for taking time off work. You’d think with all the flu and general ickyness going around, people would be happy if a coworker stayed home so they wouldn’t spread germs!
I suppose that’s why we call them CO-IRKERS haha.
Screw your coworkers- you have a right to call in sick and take personal days off- I would tell them mind their own damn business if they said anything to me. Like THEY have never called in sick?
Take the FULL day- it’s not easy seeing a divorce attorney- it’s emotionally draining IMO.
:hug: I hope you feel better. Seriously, screw your co workers. Next time your supervisor is out let THEM cover for her. You should totally take your full personal days. That’s why you have sick adn personal time - it should be taken!
I actually sent the bitch girl I work with home this morning; she came in from a day of jury duty and told me “I have been running a fever all night. I must’ve caught something at jury duty. But I’m loaded up with aspirin and don’t feel too bad right now.” I was like WTF? Are you insane? YOU HAVE TO GO HOME. Fever within the last 24 hours, you can’t stay. Your co-workers sound like idiots, too. They ought to be thankful that you are home, taking care of yourself, and not infecting them. You poor thing.

Ladies - I have decided to take your advice and take my personal day tomorrow after all. Wish me luck at the attorney. Still no computer at home so I’ll be back Monday with details and weigh in info.
