Busy.

This mornings weight 198.2

I’m busy covering 2 offices again all week. My supervisor had a family emergency out of state and that leaves me covering for her. I was too slammed to write or even read blogs yesterday. Hopefully this afternoon I’ll be able to catch up on what has been going on.

I had to leave work this morning to take my daughter to the doctor. She has a sinus and ear infection. Poor thing. I’m thankful that she doesn’t have the flu. There were a alot of people in the dr. office with it. Man, I did not touch anything in there and when we came out we doused ourselves in Purell.

My weight is down a tiny bit from last week. I didn’t do that great over the weekend. I keep bouncing around within 3 pounds or so. I need to get in gear. I’m getting bored with my exercise routine, I need to think of something else to do that will interest me.

I found some absolutely delicious no sugar added ice cream. It is Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Black Raspberry pops. Inside is delicious black raspberry ice cream covered by dark chocolate. Yummy! Only 100 calories. They have all kinds of flavors like toffee crunch but I’ve only tried the black raspberry so far. Another great new find is Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Decadence Mousse Temptations. OMG are they good and only 60 tiny little calories!
