I fell off the wagon, but am now back on and motivated more than ever. I woke up and decided I had to get my life in order. My plan of action is to not starve myself, and eat what I love, IN MODERATION. I will not deprive myself because that is setting myself up for failure. However, I am eating what I love within reason. I dedided to post a blog of my food diary. That way others can see what I am working with.
As for setting a goal, I set one, but it is a little different. I gave myself until, May 31, 2014, to lose around 54 pounds. Otherwise, I am going to have a gastric bypass. So I am working to keep from having the surgery. Even though I have already begun, today is the day I release it into the world.
