I have been asking myself this question over and over: “Should I eat my weekly points?”
I’m not sure if I should because some say do and some say don’t. I guess this is where trial and error comes in. I am soooo fed up of looking for answers and not coming up with any. So, I decided to try things myself. I will let you know how it works because I went off on a tangent yesterday and ate almost all of my Weekly Points! I have 3 left and have no choice to see if my weightloss efforts have been thwarted. Stay tuned for my weekly weigh in to see if it made a difference…
