3 mile powerwalk tonight. Total of 49 miles since Feb 1! Feeling motivated! oh yes, and I love yogurt! yummy.

Scale not moving even though I am! But I still feel better. Feel better in my own skin. Consistent exercise for 6 weeks. I think my body’s holding out, just making sure I’m serious this time. HA! Babe’s off to the grocery store with a ‘modified’ aka healthier grocery list. Now it is time, to get my walk on!

Two mile burner done. Feels soooo good!  Appt with nutritionist monday.  12 hour shift tonight, will definitely burn some extra calories.  Plan to jump on the scale. Keep on keepin on!

Better than expected…

Thought I would owe taxes, but will actually be getting a little back! Another 2 miles walked. Work tomorrow but plan to walk at least 2 before.

Picked up my dress today…

and after my 3 mile brisk walk, my total miles walked  since Feb 1 2010 now equals 40!! Still waiting for results on the scale but definitely feeling more tone. Also, babe says my legs look thinner, yay!! Feeling motivated!
