188.8, less than 5 pounds away from my first goal. 2 miles walked today for a total of 94 miles! Feeling and looking better!

2 more pounds & I will be out of the 190’s.  Sweetness!

83 total miles walked. Just did two 12 hour shifts (days)! yeck! Mom’s surg getting closer. Hoping for the best! Sooo glad the weather is warming up! Flowers! Couple more pounds down on the scale as well! Terressa is coming this weekend, some much needed girl time!

but I can explain! Scale is still hovering around it’s same ole place, but I haven’t given up! Still thinking twice about when and what I eat. Still getting my walk on.  @ about 65 miles now. Went shopping with ness. yesterday Got my Spanx, which I loooovvvveeee! I will probably be a customer for life now. Strapless brazier, check. May have to get another if a miraculous losing of weight occurs before may 1. Also, two new pair of jeans, that fit great, especially with that spanx underneath! And with those nasty pit tags gone, bought a new tank top. :) Oh, yes and the necklaces from ae, love those too.  And, had my second dress fitting today. Second one will be April 9. Keeping mom in thoughts & prayers.

and another day of getting myself in shape for the wedding & summer! 3 mile super fat burner walk.  Good breakfast 2/3 c. cheerios, 2/3 c. skim milk. Lunch, not bad, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 c. sauteed mushrooms, 1pickle, 1 orange, 1/4 c. peanuts, 1 cup skim milk.  And filled! Hoping to keep it going through my 12 hour shift tonight.

finally 3 pounds off! The nutritionist gave me some great diet tips. Plan to walk tomorrow and stick to my diet. Whew!
