Monday

Breakfast: Corn flakes and apple

Lunch: Mashesd potatoes with 2 sausages, weight watchers yogurt & portion of strawberries

Tea: Chicken fillet breast, boiled potatoes, green beans and yorkshire pudding

Snacks: 1 crumpet, 1 apple, 1 portion of raspberries, quavers, kit kat

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 2 glasses of milk, 1 glass of orange juice, 64oz of water

Sunday

Did not keep track of my food or exercise tut tut!!! Will get back on it on Monday!!

Saturday

Breakfast: Plumbed tomatoes on toast (brown bread x1)

Lunch: Cheese toastie, weight watchers yogurt & a portion of strawberries

Tea: Omelette stuffed with green and red peppers

Snacks: Mars bar ice cream, Apple, quavers, transform a snack crisps, mixed portion of grapes and strawberries

Fluids through out the day: 2 cups of tea, 1 glass of milk, 2 glasses of orange juice, 64oz of water

Friday

60min walking:

  • 20min brisk walk to work
  • 10min walk to the park
  • 10min walk back to work from the park
  • 20min brisk walk home from work

60min running around:

  • Took the children to the park for an hour, took a few balls and just went nuts :-) was great to get the children out and about for a bit.

Friday

Breakfast: Wheat-a-bix x2 with natural yogurt and a portion of raspberries

Lunch: Scrambled egg on a piece of brown toast, weight watchers yogurt, apple

Tea: Had takeaway (tut tut) Chicken fried rice with a portion of chips and some poppadoms

Snacks: Quavers, portion of strawberries, mixed portion of raspberries & blueberries, kit kat

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, glass of milk, 2 glasses of coke, 72oz of water

Thursday

  • 20min walk to work
  • 20min walk home from work
  • 10min walk to my friends
  • 10min walk home from friends

Thursday

Breakfast: Corn Flakes & a portion of strawberries

Lunch: Cheerios, Natural yogurt with a portion of cherries, quavers

Tea: 2 soft boiled eggs with 2 pieces of brown bread

Snacks: Apple, Portion of strawberries, kit kat, ritz crackers with spreadable cheese and grapes.

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 1 glass of milk, 64oz of water, 3 glasses of rose wine.

Wednesday

90min walking:

  • 20min walk home from work
  • 50min walk in the evening
