Engaged!!

Was 21 on Saturday…getting old now! I also got engaged to my partner of nearly 4 years :) I am still buzzing!! It was a complete shock (the engagement of course not the birthday ha ha!!) but a happy shock.

So I’m slowly getting there with my eating and exercising, went to the gym Monday and today and will hopefully try to fit it in another once or twice this week. I’m still not going to start tracking again, might start in August…see how it goes I guess! Been off work this week and have had so many food temptations, been out for food 3 times already! But I made healthy choices instead of the fatty treats :) So I am proud of myself.

I am back!!

Hey everyone,

I have been away for a while, I have been a busy bee moving (not a good move) me and my partner have moved back in with his mum to try and save some money! So I haven’t really had my mind on healthy eating and exercise, but I am back!! I really need to get back on track, I still have been going to the gym but not as often as I’d like so that’s going to change. I’mnot going to start tracking straight away, I’m going to slowly get back into it. Luckily enough I haven’t put much weight back on, I haven’t weighed yet but let’s just say I am back to a UK size 14 and not my 12’s :( But I will get there (again!)

Back to reality!

Hey guys,

I’m back from my week away, Skegness was fab :-) I haven’t really kept track of what I was eating or exercising but I done pretty well, went swimming loads, played tennis & laser quasar, eating was good too but I think the drink ruled out my eating haha! So it’s back to staying on track now and back to the gym tomorrow! oh and back to work tomorrow!!

Hey :-)

Had a busy day to day…was not expecting this, it is half term so work goes quiet (I work in a daycare) as the weather was nice we decided to go to the park and had a good run around :-) so even though I did not manage to make it to the gym today I still got a good work out!

I’m off to Skegness tomorrow for a week so I wont be blogging till next weekend, I will try to keep track of what I am eating, hopefully I will get in plenty of activities as we are going with all the family and I have a little brother and sister that love to run around so they will keep me busy!!

Oh I love that feeling :-)

I’ve got that feeling back today that I can do this! Haven’t had that feeling for a while since I was ill, but today I feel raring to go…going to get my bum to the gym for the first time in about 2weeks! I have done good over the weekend on the exercise front with my hike I went on yesterday with my partner, I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go again :-) I’m off to skegness on Friday for a week with my family, my partner and my older sisters partner, so hopefully I’ll find a good walking place up there to go. So yea kind of got back on the exercise over the weekend now its time to get back on the food didn’t do too bad with food over the weekend just got to try and stay off the crisps!! I am just so glad that I have that I can do this feeling back because I think everything just slides if I haven’t got that feeling!

Right off I go to bust my butt at the gym…Hope you all have a good day :-) x

Flu!!

Hello strangers!!

Haven’t logged on in a while, first time I have switched my laptop on since saturday!…this also means I haven’t been keeping track of what I’ve been eating and my exercise. I’ve been sick for the last few days, I have had the flu :-( Feeling a lot better today. Not going to start tracking my food and exercise until the weekend though when hopefully I am fully recovered and ready to get back in to it all :-)

2lbs down

So I decided to weigh this morning, I am now 11stone 3lbs…lost 2lbs in the last week :-) wooohooo :-) I am so glad I weighed this morning…it has set me up for the day, I feel like I am getting some where nearer my goal, My clothes are starting to feel loose on me but I cannot fit in to my size 12s yet so I will keep on going until I do! I will have to try to encourage myself to go to the gym today…as my gym buddy is working late…I have not been to the gym on my own for over 2months!! I normally have my partner or gym buddy with me, my partner is also working late tonight (think of the extra money!!) I WILL GO!!!!

Speaking of work that is where I should be heading, so hope you all have a good day x

What to do?!

I had yesterday off work and went to meet a friend in the city centre for lunch, I thought I’m going to end up eating crap and not doing any exercise! But it was a different story I didn’t eat perfect but managed to get in my fruit and hit my water goal so wasn’t to bad and even got in 2 hours of walking!! My friend has decided he wants to lose weight so after lunch he decided to go for a walk around the flower gardens so we got a good walk in while having a good catch up and gossip :-)

I am wondering what to do today…I will go to the gym today even if it is just for an hour…I will go!! and I am going out to night for a meal and drink with my sister and a few friends…but I have no idea what to do in between gym and going out?!…hhmmm I am sure I will find something.

Weight

Decided to weigh this morning, I am still 11stone 5lbs, same weight as when I started, I am not disheartened by this at all…of course I would have liked to have seen a dip in it but as I know muscle weighs more than fat so as long as I can feel the difference within my self I am not to fazed by what the scales tell me :-)
