Friday

Breakfast: Toast x2 brown bread

Lunch: Corn flakes, portion of strawberries, weight watchers yogurt

Tea: (went to the pub for tea) Grilled chicken fillet burger, portion of salad, chips and garlic bread

Snacks: Quavers, portion of grapes, 1 crumpet, summer fruits oat bar, packet of mini cheddars

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 2 glasses of milk, 56oz of water, 5 small glasses of wine

Thursday

Breakfast: Wheat-a-bix with natural yogurt and portion raspberries

Lunch: Ryvitas with humus and chopped up cucumbers and baby tomatoes, weight watchers yogurt, quavers

Tea: Chicken fillet, small portion of weight watchers chips, and portion of salad

Snacks: Apple, portion of strawberries, transform a snack crisps, portion of blueberries

Fluids through out the day: 2 cups of tea, 1 glass of milk, 2 glasses of orange juice, 3 small glasses of wine.

Wednesday

Breakfast: Corn Flakes and a portion of red grapes

Lunch: Ham sandwich with brown bread, weight watchers yogurt, apple

Tea: Cottage pie with mixed veg

Snacks: portion of strawberries, quavers, small bar of dairy milk chocolate.

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 2 glasses of milk,home made fruit smoothie (milk, natural yogurt, mango, melon & orange), 64oz of water

Tuesday

Breakfast: Cheerios and a portion of strawberries

Lunch: Chicken and wedges in tomato & basil sauce weight watchers meal, weight watchers yogurt, portion of grapes

Tea: Pasta and bolognese with garlic nann bread

Snacks: yogurt and summer fruits fruit bar, quavers, apple, ice lolly, portion of melon

Fluids through out the day: 2 cups of tea, 2 glasses of milk, 1 glass of orange juice, 64oz of water

Monday

Breakfast: Corn flakes and apple

Lunch: Mashesd potatoes with 2 sausages, weight watchers yogurt & portion of strawberries

Tea: Chicken fillet breast, boiled potatoes, green beans and yorkshire pudding

Snacks: 1 crumpet, 1 apple, 1 portion of raspberries, quavers, kit kat

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 2 glasses of milk, 1 glass of orange juice, 64oz of water

Saturday

Breakfast: Plumbed tomatoes on toast (brown bread x1)

Lunch: Cheese toastie, weight watchers yogurt & a portion of strawberries

Tea: Omelette stuffed with green and red peppers

Snacks: Mars bar ice cream, Apple, quavers, transform a snack crisps, mixed portion of grapes and strawberries

Fluids through out the day: 2 cups of tea, 1 glass of milk, 2 glasses of orange juice, 64oz of water

Friday

Breakfast: Wheat-a-bix x2 with natural yogurt and a portion of raspberries

Lunch: Scrambled egg on a piece of brown toast, weight watchers yogurt, apple

Tea: Had takeaway (tut tut) Chicken fried rice with a portion of chips and some poppadoms

Snacks: Quavers, portion of strawberries, mixed portion of raspberries & blueberries, kit kat

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, glass of milk, 2 glasses of coke, 72oz of water

Thursday

Breakfast: Corn Flakes & a portion of strawberries

Lunch: Cheerios, Natural yogurt with a portion of cherries, quavers

Tea: 2 soft boiled eggs with 2 pieces of brown bread

Snacks: Apple, Portion of strawberries, kit kat, ritz crackers with spreadable cheese and grapes.

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 1 glass of milk, 64oz of water, 3 glasses of rose wine.

Wednesday

Breakfast: Cheerios and an apple

Lunch: Han sandwich (brown bread x2), natural yogurt with a portion of blueberries, quavers

Tea: Pasta with tomato and herb sauce

Snacks: kit kat, transform a snack crisps, portion of strawberries, mini pancake with chocolate sauce.

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of coke, 56oz of water

Rubbish with my snacks today and didn’t reach my goal of 64oz of water but oh well tomorrow to a new day!

Tuesday

Breakfast: Wheat-a-bix with natural yogurt & a portion of blueberries

Lunch: Chicken and rice salad, quavers, natural yogurt with a portion of strawberries and a portion of raspberries

Tea: 1 slice of cheese and tomato pizza, portion of salad & some garlic bread

Snacks: Apple, carrott sticks, tomatoes on toast (1 piece of brown bread).

Fluids through out the day: 1 cup of tea, 1 glass of milk, 2 small glasses of orange juice, 64oz of water.

Really happy with my eating and water in take today :-)
