That is a HUGE learning!  I struggled with that for years.  It took me a few years and a lot of effort to really get it, but knowing the difference has brought me great peace.  I sometimes still eat for a craving, but I don't pretend to myself that it's hunger anymore...</description>

		<description>Hang in there, when your weight loss revs back up it will probably start falling off!! Kudos to you for keeping up the hard work, that takes a lot of effort to keep going when the scales aren't moving!  You will do it!</description>

I love the goals - they're pretty similar to mine.  First was to celebrate the 1st 5, then 10 pounds, then get to onederland, the 10% loss, back to my wedding weight, out of obese, etc etc.... 

But like you I basically focus on each day.  My motto?  Progress, not Perfection.</description>
