Day 9 of 17 Day Diet

Already on day 9!  How time flies when you’re having fun haha!
So yesterday, I noticed a few things I need to work on.  #1, I need to drink more water.  I noticed I didn’t drink ANY water all day except with my dinner.  #2, I need to exercise!  I had said I was going to do 17 mins of exercise bike everyday and I only did it ONCE!  Not acceptable!
Weighed in this morning at 184.6 (down 2.6).  Weight loss is a lot slower than the first time I did this diet.  Tomorrow is my weigh in at work and I hope I can go down more than one pound in a week.

Here’s what I ate yesterday:
Greek Yogurt
Tims coffee (x2)
2 clementines
Caesar salad
Chicken breast (with cream of mushroom)
Caesar salad

I’m starting to think that maybe I’m not eating enough calories??
