Day 3 of 17 Day Diet

So far so good!  My boyfriend is even eating the same thing as me during dinner and he isn’t complaining!  We’re eating healthy and it’s good so, he likes it.  He needs to lose weight too so it’ll only help that he follows.  I weighed in this morning at 185.6 (down 1.6) YAY!  LOVE IT!

Here’s what I ate yesterday:
2 eggs scrambled (with butter)
Blackberries (around 10)
Green tea
Tim Hortons coffee (sm. DD)
2 clementines
Sm. Greek salad.
Cherry tomatoes (around 10)
Chicken Breast (seasoned)
Peppers (cooked with EVOO)
Greek yogurt

Tonight, we’re planning on eating turkey burgers (minus bread) with a side salad. (:

I’m not going to lie, yesterday was a VERY hard day for me for hungry-wise.  I ate sooner than I would normally but I know day 2 & 3 are the worst days.  I just need to get by those two days and the rest should be easy. (at least that was the case the last time!)
