So, here is my menu for yesterday:
2 eggs (scramble) cooked with butter
Around 10 strawberries
Coffee (with sugar & cream)
Caesar salad (no croutons)
Cherry tomatoes (around 10)
Cooked peppers (with olive oil)
Chicken breast (sprinkled with cheese)
Now I know there’s a few items that aren’t on the list, but I don’t want to be TOO strict. I need a little wiggle room or I’ll just end up failing. This is how I did it the first time and I had lost a ton of weight.
I ended up doing 17 minutes of stationary bike yesterday while I read. I was reading and puffing haha! I felt it and sweat it so that means it worked!
I weighed in this morning and I weighed 187.2 (the same as last Wednesday). I’m thinking if I wouldn’t have started this diet yesterday, I would’ve gained. Let’s hope for a little loss tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is the official weigh in for my weight loss competition at work. I want to see at least a small lost if any.
