Well back again.
So basically in a nutshell I had my Dads anniversary in July and by June I was in a pretty deep depression and completly stressed out.
Once Dads anniversary passed I felt a huge weight had lifted from my shoulders but I can see now that I was still emotionally drained and depleted. Diet [...]
