Not so happy with myself

235.2 this AM. My ring is tight on my finger so I think it is extra fluid from TTOM. I also ate too much this weekend. Bleh. I was surprised to see it has been 3 days since I blogged. Gotta keep an eye on that.

I had a soft pretzel and a salad at Chipotle when out shopping w/ DD. I now know.. do not eat at Chipotle. I thought I was being ‘good’ and it calculated at 700cal when I used an online calc — who knows how accurate that was. We then went to the movies at 8P, which we never do and stopped at Wendy’s on the way home. I got a grilled chix sandwich and didnt’ eat most of the bread. Definitely not a normal eating day for me (well, when dieting).
Exercise was Pull premix + 30mix steady treadmill walking. I walked pretty slow while listening to Leigh’s podcast… suprisingly enjoyable workout. Usually I can only stay on the treadmill for 15m before wanting to hurl myself off..but I tend to do intervals, etc.

Tried to overcompensate for the day before and didn’t eat a good bkfast before working out — TurboKick 30. Got my energy level out of whack and felt really tired the rest of the day. Luckily I had some errands to do, so kept moving until 6P and then fell into a coma. DH had to bring my dinner to me on the couch.

Went over my target calories again (1600) I’m trying to balance dieting with not becoming obsessed.. but I’ll have to give into the process and plan everything that goes into my mouth ahead of time and stick with the plan. Hopefully recording my thoughts will help keep me from freaking out like I usually do. I slept in yesterday but went for a nice walk at lunch. I didn’t have on my watch so lost track of the time - I think it was about 45m. It was a beautiful day.
