First Post of many
Here I am and here I go. Well, I need to start journalling everyday whether its pen to paper or blogging, as it makes my weight lose happen . So since I am on the computer atleast once a day when not working I will blog once a day and as needed. When I say as needed I mean when I feel like I am getting off my course or am going to binge. This is what I need to do to be the person I know I can be.
I will post one goal a week for my nutrition and one for my fitness
*my goal this week for food is drink all my water(8glasses+ per day) and I will log it on my daily plate.
* my fitness goal is to go to the gym 4 times this week and do cardio for 20 minutes each time(interval trainer) and do 30 minutes of weight training on 2 of those days.
