My one last fat day, has become one last fat week turned into one last fat month. I didn’t do anything i was suppose to do…no exercise, didn’t follow my eating plan so inevitably, I’ll have one more one last fat day. Hopefully things will get better tomorrow. I plan to get everything in order an prepared so that I can start full force on Tuesday.. We shall see…
About me:
I have always been on a diet. My life is a series of failed diets. But I am going to let go of this fat and yo-yo diet..Once and for all…(I haven’t said that before :)) However, if I don’t try again I will miss the chance to succeed.
My exercise plan is to do the Tracy Anderson method and mix it with the Fluidity Bar. I am going to post my exercise and eating plan on this blog to help keep me accountable.
My eating plan will consist of the elemental you plan….( another one of my failed diet attempts). But I am back and ready to succeed.
Tomorrow:
I will do the Tracy Anderson mat DVD and 15 min of cardio
I will make sure that my breakfast and at least one other meal is on plan and will leave the other meal to the diet gods…..
…Cause I know each step in the right direction no matter how small …still counts
