Chugging along

Today’s workout was Prevention Walk Your Way Slim + a classical stretch TV ep + Raviana Yoga House Call Bye Bye Back Pain - all told, about an hour and a half-ish. I find this time works best for me. Dinner is getting pushed a bit late, but I don’t care.

If I don’t workout for a few days, I just feel all rusted! Hmph.

Today’s workout was Short forms 30 mins by David Swenson and followed by a set from Dr. Yoga House Call. I’m really loving how KY makes me feel!

Went to NYC and had a grand time! I went to Lush again and got the Godiva solid shampoo and the Soft Couer Massage bar - both are mmm mmm good! I’m hoping the Godiva won’t strip the color off my hair. Which reminds me that I need to color it again - too many [...]

Aunt Flo’s visit continues

Today’s workout was parts of Crunch Fat Burning Dance Party - I wasn’t really looking for an intense workout, just something to get the blood moving and this worked out great. I followed it up with the “move your energy, move your body” segment from Yoga House Call.

Back is still iffy so I did YBB Light and Easy last evening followed by ‘Bye bye back pain’ from the Raviana house calls DVD. It felt great. I love working out a little when I have my period, it takes the chill off the bones.

Down another pound. No workout yesterday since I’m babying the back and also I had a drink to keep from FUCKING FREEZING TO DEATH! Damn you winter.
I was quite good about food though.
