Making up for thanksgiving!

Soooo I stepped on the scales yesterday and I’m up to 167. 167! Almost 5 pounds of gain. Damn holidays.  I’m going to work out extra hard to burn these suckers off.

Last workout for the weekend?

Today was Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3 followed by the Yamuna Body ROlling leg workout.
Then I took a nice long shower with various shower gels and now I am totally blissed out…mmmm Have a good Thanksgiving everyone, I’ll be back Sunday.

Today’s workout was Leslie Sansone Advanced 5 mile…but I did only 3 miles. It was good considering I didn’t really feel like working out to begin with. But once you begin, it’s so hard to stop! I modified up all the way and kept in my target heart rate.

Today was a stretch day, since my lower body was still sore from the hike. My right shoulder was complaining too.

Hike Report

Boy, that was one fantastic hike! 7 miles in 4 hours, up and down a hilly route. It was great and not as slippery as the last few have been. I had a great time. Think I should try the 11-12 milers?

Nice slow day

Today’s workout was Finding Your Core with Susan Harris - very nice. A bit quick in places and some bad cuing but I managed. I will be doing this one again for sure. I’m working on my midriff at the moment!
Food has been good - did not have dessert after dinner again today.
